Bajo, en bajo aunque pasara un elefante a un metro no lo detectaría, y en medio, da alarmas sin presencia alguna, el poder hablar, para que te escuchen, es imposible que te entiendan, no se si por el altavoz estropeado o simplemente por que es así de malo, en el vídeo adjunto mi mujer intenta decirme algo, sigo sin saber el que.La caja en que venia no tenia ninguna protección anti golpes por lo que la caja que contenía la cámara iba completamente suelta expuesta a cualquier golpe,Por lo que solicite la devolución y el reembolso del dinero.Hay vienen el si pero.Para que admitan la devolución, tiene que ser en su caja original, y en perfecto estado, y si es un problema técnico lo que procede es su reparación y no el reembolso, así que hay que insistir que lo que quieres es el reembolso, te dicen que te contestaran en 72 horas una vez recibo el paquete y que todo este perfecto según sus normas, les informe que de todo ello lo expondría en Amazon, lo cierto es que a las 24 horas me informan que pasan a recoger la cámara eso si, en su paquete original, para realizar las comprobaciones, y confirmar si procede el reembolso. Tengo que decir que el trato recibido fue correcto y amable en todo momento por el operador que me atendió.Pasados 48 horas, contacto para ver como sigue el proceso de atender el reembolso, se me comunica que en 72 horas lo tendré ingresado, como así fue.De todas las compras que e realizado en Amazon y no son pocas ya que mi familia también lo hace, es la primera vez que me hacen leer la letra pequeña con las normas del vendedor y no las de Amazon; por cierto la guarde en su caja original y con protecciones de poliespan y papel que no venia en su entrega.No la recomiendo. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Contatto con casa! *by L***. on Reviewed in Italy 🇮🇹 on September 19, 2019* Comodo, lo usiamo per controllare i nostri tre gatti quando siamo via un paio di giorni.
