I live in Phoenix, AZ and it is starting to get hot here and I have already decided to only use these sheets in the winter. They are just too hot to use in spring or summer. If I’m getting hot in them now, I’ll be roasting when it is full on summer. Also, they haven’t softened up all that much. Since I’ll only be using them in winter, it’ll take forever to soften them.* I have to admit, when I first got these sheets I was disappointed. They were super scratchy and I didn’t think they would ever get soft. Well, I was wrong. They seem to be getting softer with each wash, slowly and are becoming my favorite set of sheets. I did have to get a replacement for the fitted sheet because the first one I was sent did not fit...I had neglected to notice it was for 9” deep mattress. After contacting them, they sent me a replacement for my 12” deep mattress. That fitted sheet fits like a glove. All of my other sheets are a tiny bit loose, which results in wrinkles that I have to smooth out. This fitted sheet is constantly smooth..which is nice. The color of the sheet (Royal Blue) is a little bit darker then the picture but when it’s under bright fluorescent or LED lighting it’s closer to the color.
