I'm 6 ft tall with a long torso and tend to slouch. It took a little time to figure out how to put it on, but it did the trick just right. I wouldn't count on it to do full support (doesn't replace your backbone), but if you just need something to remind you to keep the right position, especially in the lower back, this one does the trick. I found it quite comfortable to wear.
