I kinda feel a lot of the benefit is to my arm muscles rather than the abs which cant be right if the concept is correct. It comes with 2 each of the yellow (low) and orange (medium) resistance bands but no red (highest resistance) which most guys will need as the orange is pretty easy to shift. As I say for the price of around £15 its fine - its plastic but seems fairly sturdy so far - but the proof is in the eating of the pudding and until the 6 pack appears I remain to be convinced..... ### ⭐⭐⭐ 3.0 out of 5 stars 6 second ab machine *by H***L on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 1 August 2014* Product really quite good would give 5 stars but my dvd was missing n had to go on you tube to see about the different cartridges n if I was using right. Great to use while your sat watching a programme or something. Wish I had the dvd though... on you tube the cartridges are 2 different colours for different resintance mine are the same colours though? Hand grips broke of during exercise (not for the first time) can't seem to get the RED bands for it.
