They don’t say cruelty free. They do say biodegradable. Made in Netherlands. It has warning of getting in eyes etc. So - Contains non ionic surfactants. Phosphates. Preservation agents: Benzisothiazolinone. Methylisothiazolinone; perfumes. I cannot say if animals would have been hurt in the testing of those chemicals. -could be recent or maybe years ago.
