My family is a barbecue lover and it feels so good to serve them the best and the yummiest. This book has a lot of help; now I know all about buying the right smoker and how to use it, as well as how to choose the right cuts to smoke.  Mastering the art of smoking meat is so fun and I feel like a real chef.  I never thought that I could learn this much. Moreover, this book also has 25 barbecue recipes to complete everything. This is a great one; another perfect mate in my backyard barbecue picnic.

Pit Master, the BBq book is an excellent introduction into the art of cooking meats, such as ribs, marinades, coatings and smoked meats. You definitely need to grab this book if you want to impress your friends with your BBQ skills on the weekend. The content is comprehensive and very clearly and concisely laid out with many pictures included. Great book!

This book is the ultimate guide to BBQ! Love how it explains all the different qualities of meats, smokers and even wood types used in smoking. As the summer is about to come in a few months, now's a great time to teach myself about proper smoking techniques.
