My ball python developed a bit of scale rot from an old shed stuck to him and I used this spray every night to clean the wounds and then applied a thin layer of antibiotic ointment (NO PAINKILLERS) to them and it started to look a lot better after the first day or two! After a few days he started to shed again so I left him alone a little bit more and today he got all his new shed off along with the old shed and he looks perfect! There is a very very tiny mark on his chin that still needs to be treated but everything else is like brand new! This stuff is worth it, 100%. I would recommend Betadine solution and water bath, followed by o3 oil (ozone) it will help speed up the healing of a damaged shell. Hop your shelled friend gets better soon! **Q: Does this work for iguanas?** A: The manufacturer's site says safe for all reptiles. Was wonderful for my beardies. **Q: Will this work for a cut inside the mouth?** A: Inside the mouth is a tough spot to heal because of saliva. The tail is taking some more time but is looking better. She had started to hide a weird amount (not brumation time) and no amount of soaks or misting seemed to be helping with the shed. Diet was checked, husbandry audit everything checked out.
