The item received was not "as described": both shoulder pads came undone at the seams.  The shoulder pads came undone on both sides after threading the strap through them. Hollis' new mother company, Huish outdoors, did little to address my concerns and directed me to a blank RMA form (frankly, I can return quicker via Amazon). At this point still debating if I should unthread the whole thing and send back (with high chances I'll get the same quality again). This was Huishi's second chance after a zeagle mask failed me while diving.
