Actually the image quality is very good. I got it as a convenient portable printer option, and it is good for that being powered by an internal rechargeable battery. The downside is the phone app. I would like to be able to print from my laptop, but the app is Android based, which means I would have to use a program such as BlueStacks to be able to run the app on my laptop. The printer has a USB C port and I might be able to use a cable to connect to my laptop, but I don't know that for sure at this point.
