We ordered this to make sure that if we lose power we can have AC and power in the arizona heat. Amazon screwed up and sent a upgrade version so we got a tri fuel instead of a duel but score for us. The generator is solid- was easy to set up and after youtubing the proper break in ( DO IT DONT ASK JUST DO IT) you will get many many years out of this baby The push button start is nice and its a well built clean looking device

We purchased this for all all volunteer run Food Trailer that forwards all profits to a highly rated local charity! This 12000 watt generator replaced (2)-7500 watt Genmax generators that were very problematic and required constant attention & restarting. The Westinghouse has ran flawlessly for over 2 weeks. It's also quieter than just (1) of the 7500 watt. The size & weight worked out great for our application.
