Not happy at all. ### ⭐⭐⭐ I expected better *by H***S on December 1, 2011* Our previous burr grinder passed away in 2009, so I searched for a replacement. Unfortunately, that brand had moved manufacturing from Switzerland to Taiwan, so a change was in order. I searched Amazon for one that looked good, seemed to have good features and had a good chance of being reliable. The La Pavoni made the short list and was ultimately purchased from Amazon. The decision was made primarily on the feature description plus the assumption that Italians must know coffee grinders. After two plus years of use, the positives and negatives of this product are pretty clear. Positives: looks good, grinds coffee reasonably well, no failures. Negatives: sounds like a rock crusher, they give you a cleaning brush for a reason (it needs to be cleaned frequently), the beans don't feed reliably In all honesty, it is possible the poor feed and the frequent cleanings are a result of the oily beans we use, but I would expect Italian beans to share those characteristics. Bottom line: I expected more from a product that cost over $200.
