The delivery was fast. The price was very good. The letters were difficult to cut off the plastic framing and a fair number of them were malformed and not usable. They didn't have the part that stuck out to fit into the letter board. I was using these to do holidays and hours for a business and did not have enough of the letter Y. There also were no colons or dots to use for times and website. I found the entire sheet of emoji icons a waste.
