Review: Made a nasty job simple! - Having been at my sister's for a few days and needing to replace my car's rear exhaust (back box) in an emergency, I struggled for over half an hour to remove the two exhaust support rubbers. When the centre exhaust part broke days later I decided to buy some exhaust pliers so as not to have to struggle with screwdrivers and water pump pliers, etc., like at my sister's. As changing an exhaust is not something I do often, I'd always muddled through. What a mistake!! Using these well-engineered pliers, removing the rubbers on the centre exhaust unit took literally seconds. I'm an idiot. tldr: These work brilliantly and make a nasty job a piece of cake. You won't be disappointed. (Hint: Makes it a lot easier if you squirt a few drops of rubber lubricant or washing up liquid on the support barbs before using the pliers)

**Q: Does this remove rubbers from metal hangers where the end of the hanger has a wider end which is mushroomed shaped to stop the rubber sliding off?**
A: Yes it does, makes life easier. I get an ice pick, run it round inside robber hanger, squirt bit wd40 in there too, to break the rust\rubber bond. Then use the tool.
