After flicking through the first 10% of the usual dribble the quality of the content ramps up quite quickly and delivers some very solid information. It stays good for the next 50% then rapidly turns into irrelevant padding. I gave the last part of the book a good chance,even reading it a couple of times but still nothing.I can't benchmark this with any other material but I do feel it is very poor value for money ### ⭐ Don't Waste Your Money! *by P***S on 5 April 2019* Rubbish. The entire book is full of content people with Bipolar probably already know and information that you could easily find for free on the internet. It just waffles on about nothing really and most of it is common sense. Being recentlly diagnosed with this condition I am still a little bit in denial. I see my psychiatrist every two weeks and follow his regimen of meds prescribed. There is a positive side to BD when my mood is up and I am thankful for a supportive doc and family.
