FDA regulations specify that any product that contains 0.5% or more salicylic acid must be disclosed and listed as an active ingredient. Knowing Cerave, there is an amount in here that is sufficient to work but of course that's only my opinion based on knowing the brand's reputation. One other thing to note is that ingredients are listed in order of amount. So this one is water first, so there's more water than anything else.
