The naturally fluffy dough is generously filled with a delicious cream of gianduia and covered with a crunchy icing of pure bitter chocolate: a sweet temptation. Dove without candied citrus peel. Provenance: Fossano (Piedmont). Ingredients: "00" type soft wheat flour, 15% gianduia cream (sugar, glucose syrup, water, hazelnut paste, skimmed milk powder, chocolate with gianduia 3% (contains hazelnuts) corresponding to 0.4 % of total ingredients, alcohol, butter, thickeners: pectin, preservative: potassium sorbate, flavors), chocolate 14% (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, vanilla), eggs, sugar, butter, fresh pasteurized whole milk, yeast (contains wheat), emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids (vegetable source), fructose, cocoa butter, salt, spices.
