I purchased the extra warranty provided, rather than take my chance with the one that comes with it. **Q: Where can I buy replacement parts?** A: Just called customer service and was told there is NO place to get spare parts (specifically o-ring), and they no longer sell the 7qt model. So, if you have a 7qt model and it dies, if you are still under warranty, they will replace it with a 5t model. BUT, NO PARTS available! Good luck. **Q: Would this put a crust onto meat like an outdoor smoker, or is that just crazy talk for such a short smoking time?** A: No crust by this smoker/pressure cooker.
