Product description The Iberico pig is free range and reared in the dehesas (grasslands) of South Western Spain, fed with bellotas (acorns) and grains. Iberico pig is popularly known as Pata Negra (black hoof). The jamon leg is air dried for around 36 months in the region of Guijuelo. Already carved and vacuum paked for your convenience. Best kept in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight. It can also be kept refrigerated. Open the pack 10 minutes before eating so it reaches the right temperature for its enhanced flavour. Once open keep refrigerated and consume within 5 days. We suggest covering it with a film to keep it moist. Weight 80g net weight. Gluten and Dairy free. Ingredients Jamon Iberico de Cebo de Campo, sea salt, preservatives E-250, E-252 Directions Open the pack 10 minutes before eating so it reaches the right temperature for its enhanced flavour

It is delicious jamon iberico de cebo - fed with only grain, but not iberico ham known as pata negra (or bellotta) but of still a superior quality and well worth a try. I would suggest trying a whole range of jamon products as it seems everyone seems to have their favourite, which may not always necessarily be the most expensive option.

This was a lovely product. It is delicious jamon iberico de cebo - fed with only grain, but not iberico ham known as pata negra (or bellotta) but of still a superior quality and well worth a try. I would suggest trying a whole range of jamon products as it seems everyone seems to have their favourite, which may not always necessarily be the most expensive option.
