They call it fatigue but it's more like the life force has been pulled out of me. This product along with a few other supplements gives it back to me. I notice a difference if I forget to take it so I know it works. Many don't know that we need R-ALA instead of ALA. It's more absorbable. Very pleased with the quality of this product.
