I febreezed the hell out of it and it's better but I'm sure I'm breathing some Chinese chemicals that I shouldn't be.My other acoustic strap has plastic buckles, this has metal. The metal has clunked into the body of the guitar and put tiny dimples in the finish.The leather piece at the end are rather stiff and tough to get on the peg.
