As we had an electrician here on another matter he fitted it for us. He fitted the crystals for us to and, for those saying they had problems, he did angle the unit to one side and seemed to just slide them in quite easily. He was also impressed that there were spares of the hooks and "eyes" as he has told us he had fitted a number with up to 100 crystals there were rarely spares. The service from this supplier was excellent, I did contact them before the order regarding delivery, and there replies were very prompt and helpful.
