I have a Sony Nex 5 camera with the standard kit lens, I wanted a simple every day prime for taking family photos and street photography. This fits the bill perfectly and the vibe takes me back to my old film SLR camera given the manual focus markings on the lens. It is not as quick and modern auto-focus but can be very rewarding to to use. The build is shockingly good quality for the price, it is all metal and the focus/apature rings are smooth and solid. I can't fault it at all. It is also very nicely sized meaning I can easily put the camera into a coat pocket, which is great for days out with the family for for street photography where you don't want to be seen lugging around a giant lens. The image quality is good enough, if you are looking at buying this you are probably a hobbyist rather than a professional and given that you will likely be more limited by your own skill than by the limitations of the lens.
