Machte zunächst einen ganz guten Eindruck.Ich würde mich als ambitionierten Hobbykoch beschreiben. Habe das Brett intensiv genutzt, aber auch ordentlich gepflegt und regelmäßig geölt und Instand gehalten.Pünktlich zum Ende der Garantie löste sich an mehreren Stellen die Verleimung, so das das Brett unkontrolliert zu klappern anfing. Bei einem Artikel dieser Preisklasse in meinen Augen ein no go. Arbeiten damit war nicht mehr hygienisch und praktisch möglich, weil sich Rückstände in die Ritzen setzen und das Brett nicht mehr gerade steht und beim Schneiden wackelt.Da aber keine Gewährleistung mehr, zunächst versucht mit dem Händler in Kontakt zu treten. Von dort erfolgte keine Rückmeldung zu einer Kulanzregelung.Amazon hat mich dann mal wieder komplett (positiv) überrascht. Eigentlich lediglich Kontakt aufgenommen um Unterstützung bei der Abwicklung mit dem Händler zu bekommen, hat mir Amazon den Kaufpreis komplett erstattet. Dieses habe ich zum Verschenken gekauft. Ersten ist es durch seine Höhe hervorragend zum Arbeiten an normal hohen Küchenzeilen, da man sich nicht beim Schneiden bücken muss. Zweitens ist die große Schneideflächie einfach ideal. nach einem Jahr täglicher Benutzung sind natürlich Schneidspuren vorhanden. Wenn sie zu sehr stören, kann man die Fläche leicht abschleifen.
