## Description

Veken Pet Water Fountain - Keep Your Pet Healthy with Fresh, Filtered Water.

## Features

- LARGE 2.8L CAPACITY - Staying hydrated is critical to preventing kidney and urinary tract disease. 95 oz capacity makes it perfect for small to medium dogs and all cats. Large water-air surface maximizes oxygenation and provides a comfortable and stress-free drinking experience for your pets. Pet fountains encourage them to drink more!
- PREMIUM MATERIALS - Made of food grade materials, this automatic pet fountain is BPA free, durable, and is easy to use and clean. The transparent window can observe the water level in real time and control the water intake, making your life easier.
- 【2 Flow Design】Veken pet fountain has 2 modes: flower waterfall (animal's favorite tap) and delicate fountain. Water flowing along the petals of the fountain will surely attract the attention of your curious pet and drink more often.
- Triple Filtration System: In addition to the constant circulation of the fountain to keep the water fresher for longer, the filter element containing cotton, activated carbon and ion exchange resin forms a triple filtration system makes the water more hygienic and more tasting. Keep your pet away from disease problems.
- 【Ultra Quiet & Intelligent Pump】 The intelligent pump is ultra quiet (measured below 30dB) and has a low power consumption that normally lasts 5 years. In addition, the pump automatically turns off when the fountain dries dry. Then, it glows red to alert you that it needs more water (multi-coloured light in working mode), a feature that looks fabulous especially at night or in a dark room. You can also choose to turn the LED lights on or off.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Where (on Amazon) can I find replacement filters for the 95oz fountain?**
A: I have tried to buy the filters recommended in this question, but all I see are filters for the 84 Oz fountain and I am unable to find ones for the 95 Oz fountain as well. The 84 oz Filters do not fit the 95 oz model as they are too big. Even the link on this listing to buy replacement filters is broken. Do you just not sell the 95 Oz filters anymore?

**Q: The water is not flowing out automatically I have to press down on the flower for the water to dispense out. What do I do?**
A: Please refer to the 10-13s operation in the video, make sure the sensor pins face towards the clear window to let the water flowing out properly. If any further question you have, please message us on Amazon through the following steps. We will always be here to help. Thank you.

1. Go to "your account" - "your orders"
2. Find the order and Click "view order details"
3. Click the seller name next to the "sold by"
4. Click "ask a question".

**Q: How is it safe for the cord to be submerged in water? I am afraid to use this product.**
A: It seems to be well built and impervious to water. We've had ours run 24/7 for almost a year now and no problems at all. We clean it as instructed once a week and change the filters every two weeks. One of our cats will ONLY drink from this fountain and the other cat isn't interested in it at all - prefers a bowl.

**Q: Can you put cold water from refrigerator in it**
A: Yes we only use cold water. My cat is picky. We use cold spring water.
