Replacement was delivered over a week later. *by G***B on Reviewed in the United Kingdom πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§ on 7 January 2020* Lovely wee fire so far, I read a few reviews before purchasing and not all were 5 star. Mine arrived in good time and sat around for a couple of weeks before the gad fitter arrived to fit it and discovered the fixing cable kit was missing. This caused a 2 day delay in fitting and i was assured the missing part would arrive within 48hrs(not much help but they actually promised it would be 24-48hrs!) I then got a message to say it would arrive 5-8 days later🀬 fortunately the gas fitter bought a cable kit in b&q and was able to fit the fire a couple of days later.The fire works fine and looks lovely but the missing cable kit has cost them a star and cost me 2 days delay and the replacement cable kit took well over a week to arrive.
