The camera is will hidden and is forward facing. You do have to remember if you want to use it as a pen that it is a twist function as the clicky top is now the camera button. It's a long press to turn it on and a further long press to enter recording mode. It can be a little tricky to know if it is actually recording so it's well worth having a play about with it before hand.
