She wears a 6/7 and we purchased a small and it fits well. It smells like very strong plastic due to packaging so we had to air it out for awhile but that’s the only negative. I just want to share my opinion on weighted compression vests versus compression only vests like this. I like compression only vests better. I tried combination weighted compression style vests, and they're all poorly designed, the pockets for the weights are on the inside, so the vest SQUEEZES the weights into your body, and it is super uncomfortable. I don't know who thought that would be a great design for people with Autism and Sensory Processing Disorder.
