Review: Love it! - Been making pizza on the grill with just a stone for years. Works pretty good but long cook times and not enough top heat were issues. This definitely solves them. Cook times cut almost in 1/2 and tops and bottom perfectly cooked
Review: Pizza Game Changer - My pizza in the conventional oven was lack luster. Looking to up my game so I researched Ooni. They look so awesome, I just don't have the room inside or out for one.. :( After much research and thought, this seemed to be my best option and smallest storage requirement. Check the measurements on my Napoleon grill. Decided to give it a try. I received it, fired it up on med/low as recommened and 15 minutes, ready to go @ 600 degrees. I should've checked the stone temp, but just simply forgot. Was nervous that the top was going to cook faster than the bottom. Kept rotating. Came out Great! Second cooked faster of course. Still total 8 minutes tops. Delicious results. Next time, going to check the stone temp and maybe give it another 10 minutes to heat the stone. I'm so glad I took the chance rather than adding another propane appliance.

This pizza oven functions great on a gas grill. It appears to be well built and not too heavy and cumbersome. It does build up quite a bit of heat needed to cook a pizza. The only complaint I have is with the temperature gauge. Once the oven goes above 500, the window begins to form this brownish tint and there doesn’t appear to be any way to clean it. I can still read the gauge though so this is good value for the money.
