Quickly resolved. *by P***N on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 7 March 2016* No starter or paperwork of any kind.=======My message to Innovation via Amazon was immediately responded to. New starters were sent out without any delay or quibble. I was also told that the instructions were attatched to an early Amazon email, which was true. Not somewhere that I would have expected to look for them though.The tube is made of plastic rather than glass. This makes it much lighter to handle, but it does sag slightly under it own weight. The tube is slightly shorter than expected and so does not clamp tightly in my old 4ft light fittings. Nonetheless the tube does work correctly, producing flicker free, brilliant white light. Superior light to previous tubes that I have used.I would certainly recommend trying these tubes, but Innovation would do well to reconsider how they distribute them. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Why did I not buy one of these before? *by P***R on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 7 September 2016* A brilliant replacement for a conventional fluorescent tube. The light is bright but not harsh. Viewed with a simple spectroscope the output is surprisingly evenly balanced with slight blue dominance.. A perfect light for the kitchen. Incidentally the colour balance is much better for photography than the conventional fluorescent although a bit of tweaking is still necessary. Oh, I nearly forgot, it saves money too. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect replacement for power hungry tubes! *by T***8 on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 30 September 2015* Used this to replace existing power hungry T8 tubes. Took seconds to fit, no messing around with ballast just swapped the old starter with the one supplied and job was done. Light given is bright and wide angled, a single tube was perfect for the room size 5m x 6m, instant illumination no warm up time from on, and sips daintily from the grid in comparison to the old standard tube.
