A: The coffee beans stay fresh stored in our foil bags at room temperature or in a sealed canister. For extended storage beyond 2 weeks, according the the latest scientific findings by the Specialty Coffee Association, they recommend to store the foil bag in the freezer.

**Q: I ordered this two and half weeks ago, so why have I not received the coffee I paid twenty dollars for?**
A: Use Amazon’s provided - Ask the company- service

**Q: can i make this in my moka espresso，**
A: You can if you grind it further to an espresso grind consistency. The ground coffee that we have at Amazon is a drip grind version and to use it for a moka espresso it is recommended that you grind it to a finer grind. If you do not have a grinder you can get one at Amazon and blade grinders are very affordable.

**Q: Is this certified organic?**
A: Yes our Ethiopian Yirgacheffe Coffee is an organically grown coffee. It is not USDA certified organic but is organically grown. We hope to have our USDA certified later this year.
