However I get one thing stuck completely around the roller and could not get it off. I contacted desertcart and it was stull under manufacturer warranty and they sent me links to try and get it out my self but when I could not and a spindle fell off, I didnt know where it went or how to get it back together but they were so nice and helped me every step of the way! I finally got it off but i couldn't get the machine back together and they immediately fixed the issue and sent me a perfect one! I love the color and the customer service .. IMPECCABLE!!! SO VERY HAPPY WITJ THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT THE COLOR AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE! BEST STRESSLESS SITUATION IVE HAD THIS YEAR!

You.guus this is one of thee best things I did for me and my son! I preserved all his artwork i could fit and it works beautifully!!! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great laminator and great customer service!

This laminator has worked great and is a great deal for the price! It heats up quickly and I love having options as to what size laminating envelope/sleeve I can use. I also like that it houses a paper cutter (and a few other items I can't recall at the moment!) so you can cut out the things you laminated on the spot! I had one problem with a laminating envelope/sleeve getting stuck in the machine (It was not because of the laminator being subpar; I am pretty sure it was something I did wrong!) 6 or so months after I got it and Amazon told me to contact the company as it was past the 30 days return window. I emailed the company and they quickly responded with directions on how to fix the jam. The person I was in contact with was very nice and helpful. I highly recommend this laminator for both quality and customer service.
