I called RG to get the replacement part and they took my information and never called back. I ended up stumbling across this regulator and thought why not give it a shot. Once I received it, I was surprised to learn that this is a direct replacement for my old regulator. This is the exact part that was on my griddle. They have the same part number on the back. In order to get it to work I had to switch out the parts from my griddles regulator to this one. You could actually just take the entire old regulator and pipe off too connect this one directly to the griddle, but it wouldn't sit correctly on the table afterwards. It's wasn't too hard and you will just need a wrench set.
