As it was being used in the living room, it has to be a quiet design, which it is, with a fan only just heard when there is no other noise in the room.This basic PC was easily configurable and as bought with no OS, got a OEM License for 64bit Windows Pro for £5 from Amazon Marketplace. (Saves over £100 off the cost if bought with OS. Remember you need to download and install onto a 16Gb USB Drive the Windows Install Software).The ASUS Prime H310M-A Motherboard is enough currently with 4 SATA-6G ports. Also impressed that with only 2 DIMM Slots that PALICOMP put in a 16GB DIMM so can easily add another to bring it up to a massive 32GB if needed.Their Customer Service is very good, if you need to use it and had courtesy call that it had been dispatched ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Superb PC, exceptional company. *by G***Y on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 18 December 2018* It's always hard finding a PC that fits the bill exactly, but this was *almost* perfect except the PSU was a little too small. - I ordered it anyhow, and then rang Palicomp to see if they could upgrade it more out of hope than expectation. - They said yes and did it immediately for a very reasonable price and the PC still arrived the next day!It's fast, quiet and with room to put in a decent graphics card (but remember the PSU will need upgrading.) The spacious case is well ventilated, with the PSU in a separate compartment at the base, thus minimalizing heat bleed into the interior. - If you want to install multiple expansion cards, you will need a motherboard upgrade, which was something offered to me when I spoke with their sales team.Set up was easy, although I did stumble for a moment when trying to connect it to my own Microsoft account (it wanted the existing password, but you just hit return as there isn't one.)I cannot recommend the PC or the company highly enough. - The speed, quality and level of personal service is above anything I've encountered before. ### ⭐ 1.0 out of 5 stars AWFUL *by M***W on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 21 November 2022* PC delivered very quickly but turned out to have a defective SSD. The solution was to send me an SSD and have me fit it. Apparently that was the best option for me. That came next day, fitted it (which I’d done many of before) and it didn’t work (No Windows image). Arranged for pick up to be sorted, although tech support wanted me to take the SSD back out, unpack the now packaged defective one and take an image from the defective disc to the new one; refused that option!! They then created two pick ups by a courier company, subsequently cancelled one and then neither took place. Seems like one man in the sales/tech support section and you can tell by his voice, NOT INTERESTED!
