There were plenty of big chunky pieces and also some smaller fill-in pieces. There was a lot of rubble in the bottom, but looking at what was whole I found it to be very satisfyingly the right amount and of great shapes and sizes. Good, realistic look on the rocks themselves. I found the color to be *very* red but a few weeks in the tank and it’s blending better. I scrubbed it all very thoroughly, but otherwise did not cycle it before adding it to my established tank; and I had no problems or die-off. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ As Advertised *by on Reviewed in the United States October 10, 2018* The rock came packaged nicely. Each piece was individually wrapped and all pieces were damp and of good size. Has only been in the tank for 1 month so far. ### ⭐ Half crumbles shards *by on Reviewed in the United States April 6, 2023* I had installers come out yesterday to set up a saltwater tank and when they opened the box they got 4 usable pieces of rock out of the 55lb box. The rest was crumbles and broken off pieces and slivers. They were unusable in the setup of a saltwater tank. Save time and money and just buy from a local aquarium supply if that’s an option. I did reach out to the seller but they said I would have to ship the whole box back.
