Pleased ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars A fantastic medical alert bracelet that you can fit a lot of information on, at a good price. *by Y***S on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 16 May 2017* New review 11/11/20 - old review deleted as product customisation and ordering procedure have changed.I've used this seller before (for both metal bracelets and silicone strap bracelets) and have always received excellent service.My orders have always arrived before the delivery window given at the time of ordering.This bracelet arrived 16 days after placing the order and it was tracked via Royal Mail 48hr service.The earliest date for delivery of the bracelet was given as 17 days after the order was placed.(Previous orders have arrived as early as 9 days before the beginning of the delivery window)I decided to order a new bracelet as I wanted to change one piece of the information etched on it.I opted for the three lines on the front and the three lines on the rear, making use of the maximum space available.This bracelet uses customisation within the order, whereas previously you had to place the order, then message the seller with the customisation information.Customising within the order makes the process faster and you don't have to count your characters to avoid accidentally requesting more letters per line than allowed.You have 3 lines of text on the front, with a maximum of 20 characters per line.You also have 3 lines of text on the rear, with a maximum of 20 characters per line.You can use the same font on both sides, or different ones. There's 9 fonts to choose from.You don't have to use both front and back, nor fill up all of the lines.I managed to fit my name, blood group, medical issues and allergies on the bracelet, filling up the lines on both sides.You are shown a preview of the design (in your chosen font/fonts), once you have entered the information you require etching on to the bracelet.My bracelet arrived in a velour-style drawstring bag, within a plastic postal bag.It was posted through the letterbox, as a signature wasn't required with the tracking service used.The design of the bracelet allows you to fasten the clasp within one of the chain links, rather than just at the ring at the end of the links. This enables a better fit.I haven't included a photograph of my bracelet as it would be pointless once I removed my personal information.The sellers don't recommend using your bracelet in a swimming pool.I use a charity-style silicone bracelet when I need to remove my metal one.I highly recommend the bracelet and the seller. I will use them again if I need another bracelet.I haven't received anything from the seller for this review (no free/reduced products - absolutely nothing whatsoever).
