A: Hello, dear customer, our Aneken money counting machine only supports 110V voltage, please refer, thank you.

**Q: How do I solve a bill counting machine jammed or flying bills?**
A: Sometimes I just start over to make sure my count is accurate. To keep your count going from a jammed bill, just pick up the bill(s) and put them back in the receiving area and the counting will continue. I don't know of a way to solve flying bills. I've had that happen to me but not often.  I hope this helps.

This is an inexpensive money counter that works great. It does b=not separate bills, so you have to. But it counts in units that you pick, such as 100 at a time. Then you can wrap a pack of 100 bills. It does that in a second or two, saves a lot of time and effort. We use it to count collection money at church, once a week. And all the users have praised it.
