A: The cocoa is from Peru, the manufacturing facility is in Boston, MA USA. I've done the tour. It is worth the time if you're in the city. Great people.

A: This might be heat related if this is something you have encountered in the summer. Keep trying when summer is over and see if the limitation goes away.
