They should be considered as "throw away" rollers after use, however, for the price, I believe they are worth buying. The small size is convenient for the narrow sections near trim, as well as painting the trim, and in some areas where the standard size roller is inconvenient. The negative points I have noticed are although durable, don't expect to paint an entire room with three or four rollers, or a large section of wall. Obviously, a good quality, large roller is the way to go for the best results, and these small rollers likely would never, or rarely be used by most contractors, however, they do serve a purpose in certain situations. Also, in a few instances, the holes in the rollers are not consistent. I have had some rollers where the hole for the included paint roller was drilled too large, so, the roller would simply slide off the paint roller arm, making it unusable.
