I suffer from bruxism, therefore I needed protection at night from teeth grinding. Unfortunately I managed to break my filling whilst wearing this guard. Also this item started to wear from the grinding quite quickly. Luckily the guard provided by NHS was provided within a couple of weeks after first using this item and it fits over all bottom teeth and offers perfect protection. ### ⭐⭐ 2.0 out of 5 stars Useless for Bruxism! *by S***N on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 🇬🇧 on 27 February 2014* I have been suffering from severe bruxism and thought this may be able to help, but it really wasn't a wise purchase...Firstly, the moulding process doesn't create an accurate mould first time 'round, due to the thickness of the guard, however, when trying to re-mould, the smooth coating of the guard comes off, leaving course plastic!Secondly, the guard is far too big - it's chunky in the mouth and couldn't be worn comfortably to sleep.Lastly, it doesn't even do the job!
