Although it costs more than I initially intended to spend and doesn't hold as many watches as I would have liked it is still a great item and I'm extremely pleased with it after receiving it earlier today.The finish is excellent, both in side and out and the chrome ironmongery seems to be of good quality too. The packaging was very good, it comes in a blue padded box which is inside a cardboard box and that is inside another cardboard box so it's very well protected during transit.I only have two small issues with it which would otherwise make me give this a 5 star rating. 1- The pillows inside are very firm which makes it hard to wrap SOME watches around them if your have smaller wrists (I'm about 6.5-6.75 inches). I've only noticed this on watches with a leather strap that have a deployment clasp and if you loosen the strap to compensate this it makes the watch sit too high causing the crystal to contact the underside of the lid. 2- Only a very small issue, but it would be nice to have some sort of catch/locking mechanism on the hinges so that there is no risk of the lid slamming shut accidentally.All in all I'm very happy upon first impressions and I'm looking forward to filling it with more watches! ### ⭐⭐⭐ 3.0 out of 5 stars Great for the value, very poor packaging. *by J***K on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 22 March 2018* Overall quality of the product is great for the value. Packaging however was very poor and there was a visible dent on the lid due the packaging. Just 1 cm styrofoam around glossy product surface is not enough to protect reasonably heavy product. However the dent was small enough that i dont want to waste my time to return the item. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars The build quality is good and the soft lining protects your watches *by D***E on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 23 July 2018* The 10 watch box actually have the same dimensions (take of give a millimeter) as the 8 watch box - the difference is in the space for each watch. As these slots are slightly narrower you may find that your bigger watches feel crowded. Luckily I have both so I primarily use this for the field- and dress watches. The build quality is good and the soft lining protects your watches. I've never liked the see-through top boxes and the finish of these Axis boxes looks nice if you leave them out on a dresser. The only issue that I encountered was that the lock doesn't work - the locking lever doesn't enter the lid when turning the key but that doesn't bother me as i don't use that function anyway (should a thiei enter, he'll take the whole box and won't bother with a key!!).
