I prefer this one (w/the full pillow case) & my husband prefers the other style (as a pillow on its own). The Revitarest pillow is a high quality, well-made product. I've had 1 pillow for 2 years & 2 pillows for 1 year. You can't tell which is which--there has been no breakdown in quality or shape. For me, this pillow completely eliminated those annoying breakouts you get on one side of your face & chin. I have dry skin, especially in the winter & I've tried SO many lotions. It turns out I didn't need a fancy lotion--I just needed it to stay on my face while I slept! The Revitarest keeps my night time moisturizer & acne gel on my face and I don't have any issues with flaky skin anymore. One really unexpected outcome of using this pillow is that I stopped grinding my teeth. I had been using the pillow for just a few days & the teeth grinding stopped. I love this pillow & have 2 in my bedroom and 1 in livingroom.
