The first unit I received was damaged right out of the box, with a non-functional water pump. Hoping it was a one-time issue, I opted for a replacement. Unfortunately, the second unit was no better; the brush stopped working after just a few uses. I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with the quality and performance of this product. I would not recommend purchasing the Dreame H12 Pro. Save yourself the hassle and money by looking elsewhere.
