I kind of expected it to just be a junk strap thrown in so that they could call it a "set".Most of the other reviews focused on the blocks only. I am glad that I waited to order a separate strap, because this one was much better than I expected. It is well made, soft enough to be comfortable around my foot, and the material doesn't slip easily through the metal ring and tighten when I am trying to use it. The straps that are used in my studio classes often slip and tighten around you as you do your stretches, which make you have to stop to fix it. This strap stays in place better.The blocks are well made, too.
