It doesn't snap in to the coffee maker well enough, so when you try to remove the K-cup the whole holder comes out with it. You have to hold it in place when you remove the K-cup. It's an inconvenience that I would've spent a few extra dollars to avoid.Also the bottom is squared so coffee stays in it until you rinse it out. I don't remember how the old one worked, but I think it was more sloped to let the coffee drain out.
