A: Yes… great for both

**Q: Can this machine b used for knee flexion?**

It is very well made and sturdy. They had one just like this one at physical therapy. It is easy to adjust to get the right fit for the length of your leg. I highly recommend this if you have a knee replacement. It was one of the easiest exercises to do.
