Review: Very thin and cheaply made. - I was hoping it would be a thin-ish waterproof material, but it is plastic. Luckily ordered it for a costume or not the end of the world. But, for $20 you would expect to at least be some material involved. Doubt it will last - it is very thin and will tear easily. Not thrilled, but since the other one I ordered was cancelled after waiting for a month, I don't have any other options at this point. I wouldn't recommend it.
