Well made, quite waterproof and the belly section is good. I like the bright orange colour with a bit of shininess.I ordered XXL and the length was 23 inches neck to end (so almost 5 inches more than it says). So I would suggest sizing from the chest size rather than the back. But the company sorted it out, so that was good.Update - the company sent me a L. It was 15 and half inches neck to end, so very close to the size they specified (15.3 inches). It's tight around the chest on my dog, despite being the right size for that.Suffice to say I am now confused.
