I ordered this product and it arrived the next day. We have a two car garage that slopes a bit and this seal fit perfectly. easy to install. First let this garage seal sit in the sun for a few hours to soften and lay flat. This will ensure a great seal. then clean the garage floor area. I use leaf blower, then wire brushed the area lightly, then blew it off again. This will ensure the adhesive sticks to the concrete. Then just close the garage door and from the inside mark with a carpenter pencil where the garage door seal sits when closed. Then lay the seal so that the seal ridge (hump) is on that line. Mark the garage floor again when closed with the seal. BUT, make sure that "hump" or ridge is inside and lays against the existing "garage door" seal. You shouldn't see any light is the seal is in place correctly. Or, maybe some tiny bits of light at best. then open the door and turn the seal over so you can run three lines of sealant from one end to the other. I did mine a 1/4 inch to the inside of the seal on each side and a line in the middle. I used two tube of RTV silicone for a two car garage seal. I use good stuff ($8.00 a tube) and did not use those two little tubes they send; which appears to be liquid nail. In my remodeling experience I never found Liquid Nail to be a good cement adhesive; but your call. So, excellent company. Great product. Easy to install. After putting this seal down, no water during recent hurricane. Since I sealed with caulk the seal's ends, no water there either!! I'm impressed.
