I got this to wear a week after breast reduction. I think I may be a 40 D now and a XXL fit okay; the bottom band doesn't stretch much in the front, but it's stretchier in the back and the material on the back is pretty loose above the band. Kinda weird. So, loose back, straps, plus the cups are pretty low cut (coz the straps are too long to keep them up). It'll do ok, but it's not what's pictured. Streches out a lot, material is no good.
