Review: perfect for under generator. - Works great under my westinghouse generator. Greatly reduces vibration.
Review: Good value, good size - I purchased these antivibration pads for quieten the AC unit on my camper. Since the unit is bolted to the ceiling, I am using them in a slightly different way than most might(under appliance feet). They are very stiff rubber, which should hold up to vibrations of heavy units for a while. The camper AC unit has had a buzz from loose mounting due to age, which wedging these pads between the mounts should prevent. There is a definate rubber smell, similar to some cheap rubber handelled tools I've purchased, but it doesn't smell up the room, like some others have suggested. And if it is like my other tools, the smell will only fade with time. These are worth the price.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Safe for higher temp locations like clothes dryer (feet slide, bottom by burner is quite hot)? Dryer slides on painted cement floor.**
A: Washer repair guy recommenced NOT to use pad as the machine needs to be on solid surface for which they are designed.  Dryer is OK

**Q: Would these work on a attic exhaust fan horizontally mounted in the gable?**
A: Not sure.  They are made to use on the floor.  We use them for mounting compressors.

**Q: A big fridge upstairs is creating a noisy low hum that's driving me crazy downstairs. Will placing this under the fridge stop all the noise/hum?**
A: It should stop most of it.  Make sure that the fridge is not touching anything along side of it.

**Q: I want to put this under my hvac.  but at 4" square i would need several of them.  do they lock together at all to form a bigger square?**
A: No they don't lock together. I bought 4 of them and put them at the 4 corners of my AC unit and it helped the vibration/noise transmitted a lot.

I was very skeptical but I have horrible whirlpool machines that shake like crazy. I finally installed these on the washing machine that likes to go for walks and it was really good! The machine still makes some sounds but the pads absorb most of the energy and the washer does move anymore.
